Katie Howerton
Katie is one of those women that really has her own take on EVERYTHING in life. She fluctuates between wild and crazy, funny (to herself at least), and serious and understanding. Oh, and let’s not forget that Katie can also be emotional. If you ask her about it, she says that emotions are part of life and you have to experience all emotions to appreciate the good ones.
Katie understands that the world is not always a happy or safe place, but she does love life and one of her favorite things, is seeing others gain something from her crazy world. She has an up beat attitude, most of the time, and values self growth as a priority in life.
Her goal is to share some of the things in her life that give her joy, some of the things that she finds hard, and just everyday things that can turn into something amazing.
With Katie, you never know what your going to get!
To Katie, hair is an accessory and she changes her’s A LOT. Don’t worry though, she does this through wigs. So, don’t be surprised if you see her hair go from short to long, or black to green. Add this along with her wildly varied closet and you have the recipe for any occasion.
Her family is her world, and she is proud to have a large family that includes blood family and “adopted” family. Sunday’s are generally “Family Day” at her house. Everyone comes over (when they can, and rarely does anyone miss) to have a day to celebrate each other. She says this gives them special time to keep connected, laugh, love, and watch the children grow. On average, around 25-30 people show up to show their love for each other. (YES WE ARE CRAZY TO DO THIS EVERY WEEK)
